Exceptional customer service, as always. One of my larger fillings broke leaving a sharp fragment of tooth scratching my tongue and inner cheek. I called Serenity this morning and was given an emergency appointment this afternoon, which was a huge relief. I cannot thank the incredible team at Serenity enough. I was looking for a private dentist in Fareham and Bret was highly recommended to me. A really good first visit that wasn’t rushed. Bret was very thorough with a detailed inspection and he explained clearly the various options available to me. I was then able to choose the best treatment plan to suit me. So far I have only dealt with Chris on reception who is delightful and really helpful.
