Brett is an Amazing dentist, welcoming and caring and loves a good chat, explains everything to you throughly makes sure you understand the information being said, the dental nurses are always welcoming and supportive, Julie the hygienist is absolutely lovely and great at her job also! They all do such a good job

Serenity says it all. Calm atmosphere. Everyone always helpful, pleasant and understanding. Visiting the dentist is not so scary now. I have various physical problems and never have I once been made to feel a nuisance as I was at my previous NHS dentist. Serenity make the whole experience more bearable.

The Dentist was very professional and efficient. Didn't rush the treatment and allowed plenty of time for questions and explanations.He pushed for me to see the Hygienist but on trying to make an appointment I was informed that the waiting list was 6 months and they were only offering cancellations. ????? Something is wrong here.Have to make arrangements before any visit so throwing at me dates of the odd cancellation is not helpful, hence the booking was not made.

The staff were very welcoming and appeared to strongly care that I received the best quality of treatment. Also, very attentive to my needs.
